    Wheels of Time has a limited warranty on our products.

    Within 30 days of your purchase, we will repair or replace your product from an authorized dealer. Wheels of Time product purchased second hand, from a train show, or from a collection either public or private are not covered. For reasons of parts supply, Wheels of Time can only cover products that are within a year of release date.

    1) Proof of purchase with date from your dealer is required.

    2) Warranty may or may not include return shipping cost depending on your location such as outside of U.S.

    3) You must receive prior permission by email before sending product to Wheels of Time.

    4) Products outside of the warranty period will be charged for repair cost and shipping. Products outside of warranty period must require prior permission before sending product to Wheels of Time.
