Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:01PM Here's a photo of Wheels of Time Espee's Sacramento shop-built Hydra-Cushion flat car in N-scale. This class F-70-16 was the forerunner of other purposed built Hydra-Cushion flat cars for SP. Enjoy the below photo pulled from the production. Production should be finishing up at the end of the month!!!;)
