Rolling West . . .

I was in Roseville (about 20 miles outside of Sacramento) trying out my new FujiFilm XE-2 camera on the many Union Pacific trains rolling out of their massive freight yard. Thumbs up for my new camera. Here is No. 9913, a SD-59MX, leading un-rebuilt cousin SD-60M with a long string freight. While I was rapidly loosing daylight, I manage to capture a blur of PC&F RBL box cars. They are the same cars as Wheels of Time N-Scale PC&F 70-ton 50-ft insulated box cars, except ours is just slightly neater in appearance. Enjoy.

Here is a pre-produciton photo of Canadian National Railways baggage-express car. A classic paint scheme that was the Standard in the Canadian steam era!

Baltimore & Ohio Class B-18 Baggage-Express cars

Here is Wheels of Time's Baltimore & Ohio Class B-18 Baggage-Express car in N-scale. As you may noticed, the door stripes are not quite lined up correctly in this pre-production photo. The actual production cars wil have this corrected.  These ex-BR&P cars are the only ones in B&O line up that had spacing between their doors as photo illustrates.   Enjoy.
